These Yorlet Payments Financial Services Terms are additional terms applicable to the Payment Services, as that term is defined in the Yorlet Services Agreement (“Agreement”). Any terms used but not defined in these Yorlet Payments Financial Services Terms will have the meaning provided in the Agreement.

These Yorlet Payments Financial Services Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Yorlet Payments UK Ltd (“YPUKL”), which is formed by YPUKL’s offer of these terms to you, your acceptance of these terms, and YPUKL’s subsequent provision of services to you in accordance with these terms. In order to use the Payment Services provided through your Agreement with Yorlet, you understand that Yorlet or YPUKL may enforce any provisions of the Agreement that relate to your use of Payment Services provided in conjunction with YPUKL. YPUKL may also terminate these Yorlet Payments Financial Services Terms at any time, which may limit or terminate your ability to use Payment Services.

These Yorlet Payments Financial Services Terms incorporate, by reference, the terms of the Agreement, except that in each case “Yorlet” will be deemed to be a reference to YPUKL, and the application of the incorporated terms will be limited to YPUKL‘s provision of the Payment Services under this Agreement.

Please note that all other parts of the Services will remain governed by the Agreement between you and Yorlet Ltd.

You must accept all of the terms and conditions of these Yorlet Payments Financial Services Terms to use Payment Services provided by YPUKL. If you do not accept them, you may not use the Payment Services under these Yorlet Payments Financial Services Terms.

1. Payment processing services

Payment processing services are provided by Stripe and are subject to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement, which includes the Stripe Terms of Service (collectively, the “Stripe Services Agreement”). By agreeing to this Agreement or continuing to operate, you agree to be bound by the Stripe Services Agreement, as the same may be modified by Stripe from time to time. As a condition of YPUKL enabling payment processing services through Stripe, you agree to provide YPUKL with accurate and complete information about you and your business, and you authorise Yorlet to share it and transaction information related to your use of the payment processing services provided by Stripe.

You may only use Payment Services to facilitate transactions with your customers. You may not use Payment Services to send money to others, to conduct any personal or non-commercial transactions, or for any other purposes prohibited by this Agreement.

2. Termination

These Yorlet Payments Financial Services Terms will inherit the same effective date as the Agreement and continue so long as you use the Payment Services. These Yorlet Payments Financial Services Terms may be terminated at any time by YPUKL upon notice to you.
